As 2022 approaches everyone has a New Years resolution of weight loss. Diets will trend and be the thing for the next 3 months. Diets are designed for short term goals to lose weight but not designed to change your mindset to live a healthy lifestyle. If your mindset is focused on making healthy food choices and exercise habits you can lose the weight and keep it off without having to “diet”. In order to become your best self you have to focus on adopting a healthy lifestyle, here’s how.



Drink Water


Drinking water boosts weight loss, helps with digestion, moisturizes the skin and detoxifies.

Don’t skip meals


Start with breakfast, snack, lunch, snack and dinner. Always remember breakfast is the most important meal of the day.Eat Fruits and vegetables
Replace ”junk food“ such as chips and candy with fruits and vegetable.

No pasta, No bread, No potatoes
These foods are not health and contain a lot of carbs. Try to limit eating pasta, bread and potatoes as much as possible.Take a Multivitamin
Multivitamins play an important role in meeting nutrition requirements.

Exercise

Weight Control is the most common advantage of exercise, it helps you to manage and control weight. Try to perform some form of exercise 3 days per week for 20-45 minute.

Rest
Sleep is important because it allows the body to repair and be fit and ready for another day. Getting proper rest may also help prevent excess weight gain.

Remain Positive
Some studies show that personality traits such as optimism and pessimism can affect many areas of your health and wellness. The positive thinking that comes with optimism is a key part of effective stress management. And effective stress management is associated with many health benefits.
